This study examined 19 spreadsheets from 10 spreadsheet developers in 10 different firms.

An audit with unknown methodology found an unknown number of serious errors in 4 of the spreadsheets (21%).

In 14 of the spreadsheets (73%) there were serious actual or potential errors.

The developers generally believed that there were no errors in their spreadsheets.
